I 2007 indgik Toms og Oxfam IBIS et CSR samarbejde, som opstod efter kritik af børnearbejde i kakaoproduktionen. Formålet var at forebygge børnearbejde i to distrikter i Ghana, hvor Toms køber sin kakao, ved at sikre kakaobøndernes børn en grundskoleuddannelse af ordentlig kvalitet. Oxfam IBIS er en medlemsbaseret dansk ulandsorganisation med aktiviteter i Latinamerika og Afrika og medlem af Oxfam International. Foreningen Oxfam IBIS har ca. 10.000 medlemmer og støttemedlemmer.
